COLORS
Product photos and mockups are created to reflect the final product as closely as possible. However, printing methods and materials may slightly alter colors.

TAKE CARE OF ME
All items on Alien Food are considered and created as art objects and meant to be treated as so. Wash separately in cool or warm water using a gentle machine cycle and phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry using a low temperature setting. If required, use an iron with a light touch on a synthetic setting only. Higher temperatures may result in color transfer and melting of fabric or print. All scarves are created per order and take 3-4 weeks to deliver.
SHIPPING
Alien Food artifacts travel light—skipping the cluttered warehouses and heading straight to you. By sending select items directly from the source, we avoid unnecessary waste and extra packaging. Less excess, more efficiency. These items usually arrive within a week.
Paper and printed products like prints and stickers are shipped via USPS First Class Mail in a padded envelope. These items are handled by me in Portland, OR and usually are shipped 1-3 days from your order and arrive within 2-7 days from delivery.
RETURNS
Alien Food artifacts are otherworldly so if something doesn’t land the way you expected here’s what you need to know. Returns for refunds and exchanges are allowed within 10 days of arrival. Contact me with your name and order number to process your return. Returned items must be not worn and unwashed, in new condition, in original packaging. You will be responsible for return postage unless the reason for the return is my mistake.
